This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist with Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects within the Change Management Office.
• Facilitate the processing of MES O&M requests and associated deliverables.
• Manage new project requests and deliverables in an organized and timely manner.
• Receive, assess, log, track, and direct project deliverables to relevant SMEs and Project Managers.
• Monitor deliverables linked to FAS DDI and other MES vendor projects.
• Coordinate the processing and approval or rejection of deliverables from FAS and other MES vendors.
• Oversee the quality of deliverable transfer, storage, processing, and version control.
• Collaborate directly with vendors supporting the Medicaid Enterprise System.
• Maintain databases, tracking logs, and files related to project deliverables.
• Ensure that project and program documentation is accurately filed, maintained, and version-controlled.
• Generate and/or publish both recurring and ad-hoc status reports.
• Provide project-related data and respond to inquiries from management and staff.
• Work alongside project teams, management, SMEs, and vendors on cross-functional requests and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Office regarding change management workstreams.
• Support seamless transitions and promote release awareness prior to deployment.
• Complete assigned change management tasks and requirements.
• Implement a structured change management methodology and lead change management initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
• Act as a primary IT contact for the Change Management team.
• Assist with project reporting, tracking, and coordination activities.
• Engage in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• At least 5 years of experience with Change and Release Management methodologies, including version control.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• At least 5 years of experience in data entry and work order processing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in tracking and reporting, process control, and workflow management.
• At least 5 years of experience providing professional oral and written communication as well as customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with project teams, management, SMEs, PMO teams, and vendors.
• Ability to handle multiple deliverables and requests while adhering to deadlines.
• Must physically reside within the United States for the entire duration of the assignment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Must be available from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Must be willing to collect required equipment in person.
• Must be available for a webcam interview.
• Required Change Management experience must be clearly articulated and emphasized on the resume.
• No benefits are offered with this contract position.
• 100% remote work from Day 1.
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
• Approximately 9-month assignment.
