Business Analysis Specialist – Credit Card and Unsecured Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, manage, and oversee the comprehensive delivery of requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Ensure that requirements delivery aligns with both business and enterprise objectives and strategies.

• Provide leadership and collaborate with stakeholders from business, technology, and finance.

• Facilitate project benefits and implement changes to business processes, policies, and systems across one or more Lines of Business.

• Lead the management of requirements and work packages for Tier 2, high-risk, strategic, and regulatory projects or programs.

• Potentially take charge of requirements management for Tier 1 projects or programs.

• Implement business analysis and project delivery practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop an advanced understanding of business and user interactions with technology during project delivery.

• Operate independently as the lead business analyst.

• Coach and mentor team members within your area of expertise.

• Identify and lead the resolution of complex issues related to requirements.

• Contribute to communication and change management efforts across a variety of stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Business Analysis Accreditation is necessary.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant business analysis experience is required.

• Preferred: Experience in the credit card industry.

• Preferred: Familiarity with JIRA.

• Preferred: Experience with Confluence.

• Preferred: Background in business analysis.

• Ability to perform sedentary work on a continuous basis.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in operating standard office equipment continuously.

• Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods.

• Skills in reading, writing, and comprehending instructions consistently.

• Competence in basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) continuously.

• Occasional domestic travel may be required.

• No international travel is required.
