Business Analysis Manager – Workforce Management, Payroll Systems

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Global HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure UKG and ADP functionalities align with business goals.

• Take ownership of UKG and ADP functional areas.

• Lead the development of the workforce management and payroll technology strategy.

• Manage platform roadmaps and promote continuous enhancements.

• Work together with both business and technical teams to provide scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and vendors to discover opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.

• Oversee the planning and prioritization of system upgrades.

• Serve as the main point of contact between business and technical teams.

• Assist production countries with issue resolution, root cause analysis, enhancement delivery, and governance activities.

• Offer functional expertise for future country implementations, including solution design, testing, and transition-to-support planning.

• Engage across the HR technology landscape, including UKG, ADP, Workday, and associated integrations.

• Aid in audits, compliance efforts, and documentation necessities.

• Record requirements, configurations, testing, and operational procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in supporting HR, payroll, workforce management, or enterprise business systems.

• Proven experience managing enterprise platforms in a production setting, including enhancements, support, governance, and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated capability to drive process improvements, influence stakeholders, create scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional projects.

• Experience in roadmap planning, release management, and feature delivery activities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, ADP GlobalView, ADP Workforce Now, or similar workforce management/payroll systems.

• Experience in supporting global workforce management, time, attendance, or payroll processes.

• Background in managing multi-country deployments and global operations.

• Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.

• Experience in a regulated industry environment.
