Business Advisor – Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Travel to all franchise locations within designated territories to assess and determine their needs.

• Visit franchise sites to evaluate successful practices and identify areas for enhancement.

• Assist franchise owners in optimizing their operations, marketing, and sales tactics.

• Analyze Profit & Loss statements, identify growth potential, and establish objectives.

• Support franchisees with marketing initiatives, training sessions, and technical setups.

• Connect franchise owners with the corporate support team for assistance.

• Celebrate achievements, address challenges, and monitor ongoing progress.

• Travel approximately 50% of the time while providing support to businesses within the assigned region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Advisor in a relevant field, preferably within the Sign industry.

• Experience in franchising is advantageous.

• Proficient in analyzing budgets and P&L statements.

• Understanding of retail marketing strategies and branding principles.

• Experience in project management and applying best practices in the industry.

• Ability to provide guidance on labor and vendor/supplier procurement issues.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for conveying new business processes and procedures.

• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.

• Technical aptitude with a quick learning ability for new technologies.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Competent in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

• Familiarity with graphic design software, point-of-sale systems, and accounting software.
