Business Advisor, Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Visit franchise locations to assess successful practices and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist franchise owners in refining their operational, marketing, and sales strategies.

• Analyze profit and loss statements to discover growth potential.

• Collaborate with franchise owners to establish clear goals.

• Guide franchisees through the implementation of marketing campaigns, training programs, and technical setups.

• Facilitate connections between franchise owners and the corporate support team.

• Celebrate successes, address challenges, and foster ongoing progress.

• Travel approximately 50% of the time within the designated region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Advisor in a relevant industry, ideally within the Sign industry.

• Franchising experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in evaluating budgets and P&L statements.

• Familiarity with retail marketing strategies and branding concepts.

• Background in project management and the application of best industry practices.

• Capability to provide advice on labor and vendor/supplier procurement issues.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating new business processes and procedures.

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.

• Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Competent in computer skills, including MS Office applications.

• Flexible schedule and readiness to travel a minimum of 50%.

• Experience with graphic design software, point-of-sale systems, and accounting software.
