📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service

• Cultivate client relationships while identifying their service and sales needs

• Address customer inquiries and referrals generated through contacts

• Conduct interviews with potential borrowers to evaluate financial and credit information

• Promote, market, and sell the company's loan products

• Negotiate interest rates and terms

• Outline and manage customer expectations throughout the loan process

• Oversee and manage workflow to ensure timely loan closings

• Keep informed about product knowledge and stay updated on changes in market conditions

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to residential mortgage lending

• Market and sell the company's loan products and services to prospective customers

• Collaborate within a close-knit, goal-oriented team to ensure accurate and timely closings

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry with a solid understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application to fulfillment, or a preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Must possess the necessary licenses as required by the applicable regulator in each state where the employee conducts licensed activities, or be able to obtain the license within 60 days of the start date

• Exceptional communication skills are a must

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities are required

• Proficient time management skills

• Ability to stay organized

• Maintain a positive attitude
