⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent, consecutive experience in mortgage loan origination with proven knowledge of the complete loan lifecycle.

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for the relevant state(s), or the capability to obtain licensing within 60 days of employment.

• A demonstrated history of successful loan origination backed by a well-established referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals.

• Ability to effectively manage a consistent loan pipeline.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and guide sound lending decisions.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities that foster trust and loyalty.

• Advanced organizational skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
