BSA/AML Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and administer an Azure DevOps (ADO) board to monitor project status, deliverables, dependencies, risks, testing activities, and overall progress.

• Collaborate with both business and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, convert business needs into actionable work items, and facilitate project delivery.

• Aid in managing intake and prioritization tasks, working with stakeholders to evaluate business needs, define scope, identify dependencies, and align work with program priorities and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate project activities across various teams, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, estimates, and testing efforts.

• Lead quarterly planning sessions and roadmap reviews to align priorities, identify dependencies, support capacity planning, and forecast delivery timelines.

• Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and management updates, utilizing reporting tools to provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, testing status, and key performance indicators.

• Promote continuous improvement and program execution by refining processes, reporting, communication, and delivery effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder management.

• Experience overseeing a cross-functional intake and prioritization process.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects or programs.

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and project tracking tools.

• Proficiency in Power BI, reporting, and dashboard creation.

• Experience leading quarterly planning and roadmap review discussions.

• Experience with executive reporting, forecasting, and capacity planning.

• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management platforms.

• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated environments.

• Understanding of BSA/AML programs and processes.
