This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, encompassing product strategy, roadmap formulation, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Propel the development and enhancement of systems, tools, and processes that support broadband initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of high-speed internet and telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Assess initiatives based on their financial feasibility and overall business impact.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Convert business needs and strategic goals into product requirements and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business, technical, operational, and leadership teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish a framework and accountability to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with business goals.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and product updates.
• Convey product strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive management.
• Leverage data and business insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Proactively identify needs, resolve issues, and drive execution.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in Product Management.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Direct experience in the broadband, high-speed internet, telecommunications, or a related industry.
• Experience on the commercial side of broadband, overseeing the planning and execution of telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of financial feasibility, business value, and commercial factors related to broadband initiatives.
• Proven experience in developing and managing product roadmaps, planning, and delivery.
• Capability to drive cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet.
• Proficient in Excel, Jira, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in creating executive-level presentations and reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
