Brewery Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote the complete product range of the Boston Beer Company.

• Concentrate on selling products and/or increasing the variety of product lines in retail accounts.

• Identify key accounts that are not currently offering BBC products and create strategies to establish business relationships.

• Enhance account conditions and merchandising by constructing displays, reorganizing coolers, and showcasing point-of-sale materials.

• Collaborate with distributors to guarantee order placements, product deliveries, and growth in account business.

• Conduct training sessions for waitstaff and bartenders, as well as beer tastings and evening promotional events.

• Travel frequently within the market to support retailers and wholesalers.

• Occasionally travel for meetings and training sessions.

• Work weekends and holidays as needed to meet business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of proven success in outside sales or experience in the food & beverage sector.

• A strong competitive drive coupled with an assertive and confident demeanor.

• A valid driver's license, a registered and insured vehicle, and the ability to travel to and from accounts consistently.

• Capability to frequently lift and transport cases of beer.

• Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop regularly to arrange and present point-of-sale displays.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
