This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the creative vision for the brand, encompassing logos, typography, color schemes, and the overall visual identity.

• Create rapid, preliminary, AI-assisted vibecoded demos that effectively promote the product prior to its launch.

• Take ownership of the visual go-to-market narrative, including demos, teasers, and materials for the pre-launch phase.

• Build and lead a team of designers, web designers, and content creators.

• Mentor team members, offering guidance and enhancing the quality of their work.

• Direct social media content, starting with Twitter, to ensure the brand’s aesthetics and voice are distinctive.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to uphold a cohesive brand vision.

• Ensure brand consistency across web platforms, social media, product surfaces, and other customer touchpoints.

• Oversee deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage the allocated budget.

• Work alongside the individual responsible for the brand narrative and voice to ensure visual and messaging alignment.

• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring design professionals.

• Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of Twitter and social media content trends.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and contemporary brand and content creation tools.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects, adhere to tight deadlines, and manage budgetary constraints.

• Strong grasp of what resonates with audiences and builds brand loyalty.

• Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently, securing necessary approvals.
