Brand Pre-Sales Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Managers throughout the sales process to identify customer challenges and develop technical solutions.

• Facilitate discovery discussions, demonstrations, and technical presentations with customer teams and senior stakeholders.

• Evaluate customer workflows and suggest solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization.

• Create Statements of Work and convert customer requirements into software and professional services engagements.

• Advise customers on color standards, specifications, and quality procedures across organizations and supplier networks.

• Assist in global customer and supplier launches.

• Act as a product champion and a reliable technical advisor both internally and externally.

• Educate and collaborate with Solution Architects and Applications Engineers who support customer programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of customer-facing technical experience, preferably in technical presales, solution consulting, solution architecture, product management, professional services, or client services.

• Bachelor's degree in color technology or a related discipline.

• Mandatory experience in color management and the textile industry.

• Experience in plastics and/or paints/coatings is an advantage.

• Strong consultative abilities.

• Capability to comprehend a customer's existing workflow and convert business challenges into technical solutions.

• Exceptional presentation skills.

• Confidence in conveying complex solutions to both technical audiences and executives.
