This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Identify and seek out potential brand partners in collaboration with Business Development.
• Initiate outreach and conduct qualification discussions to establish a pipeline of new brands.
• Cultivate relationships with brands and industry contacts through market engagement, trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Present Nabis's value proposition and facilitate the onboarding process for new brands.
• Oversee the execution of agreements, storage, and internal documentation management.
• Act as an initial point of contact for new brands and provide explanations regarding the onboarding process.
• Assist in brand onboarding workflows across all states.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure the accuracy of information maintained.
• Educate brands on Nabis systems, Marketplace tools, compliance requirements, and operational workflows.
• Nurture brand relationships from the first point of contact through the onboarding phase.
• Aid in brand offboarding communications and the corresponding workflow steps.
• Keep brand information, agreements, contacts, licensing details, pricing, and system configurations accurate and up to date.
• Recognize process gaps, recurring inquiries, and technical challenges, providing feedback to the Revenue, Operations, Support, and Product teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Accounting, Operations, Support, Product, and Revenue teams.
• Report directly to the Brand Partnerships Manager.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, onboarding, account management, customer success, operations, revenue enablement, marketplace/e-commerce, or a similar role.
• Preferred experience with CRM systems, contract documentation, or cross-functional workflows.
• Experience in the cannabis, alcohol, CPG, or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and ensuring workflows are completed.
• Proactive, reliable, collaborative, and solution-focused.
• Comfortable working with various teams and interacting directly with external partners.
• Open to learning new software and proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, internal databases, and other business applications.
