Brand and Sales Ambassador – Laboratory & Analytical Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Accountable for driving revenue growth within the designated sales territory.

• Proactively increase market presence and improve customer satisfaction.

• Serve as the primary contact for IKA clients and channel partners, fostering strong relationships.

• Execute local sales and marketing initiatives as outlined by sales leadership.

• Engage with current and prospective clients/channel partners to showcase IKA solutions.

• Discover sales opportunities within targeted sectors and ensure successful transaction completions.

• Assist local channel partners in promoting the IKA brand and securing sales for IKA products.

• Address inquiries and deliver insights on IKA’s offerings in collaboration with various departments.

• Provide feedback on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive activities.

• Maintain customer information and document activities using the IKA CRM system.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Technical or scientific background is a plus, though not required.

• Possession of a driving license and a personal vehicle is preferred.
