Branch Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily activities, production, and development of the branch

• Lead a team comprising loan officers and support personnel

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards

• Propel sales performance to meet branch objectives

• Maintain personal loan production levels

• Recruit, train, and mentor loan officers and branch personnel

• Establish performance targets, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations

• Cultivate a positive, team-oriented atmosphere in line with company values

• Generate personal mortgage loan production to support branch objectives

• Build and sustain relationships with real estate agents, builders, referral partners, and community organizations

• Implement marketing and business development initiatives to enhance branch visibility

• Oversee branch operations for efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as investor and agency guidelines

• Monitor loan pipelines, processing timelines, and accuracy in closing

• Manage branch profit and loss, budgets, and expense oversight

• Track and evaluate production metrics to pinpoint growth opportunities

• Ensure the branch's profitability and long-term viability

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position

• A proven history of personal loan production and achieving or surpassing sales targets

• Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations, products, and processes

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team

• Proficient with loan origination systems (LOS) and the Microsoft Office Suite
