Boomi Developer – Part-Time, Hourly

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and provide support for integrations utilizing the Boomi platform.

• Create, develop, and manage application, data, and API integration processes within Dell Boomi.

• Construct and configure Boomi processes using connectors, mappings, profiles, business rules, process routes, exception handling, and reusable components.

• Integrate ERP, CRM, HRIS, accounting, e-commerce, and various other business applications employing REST, SOAP, SFTP, HTTP, and database technologies.

• Develop data transformations and mappings while ensuring data quality, field relationships, and transaction outcomes are validated.

• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, addressing any defects that arise.

• Monitor deployed processes, investigate failed transactions, and assist in resolving production issues.

• Collaborate with delivery leads, functional stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and client teams to clarify requirements, estimate effort, and ensure timely delivery of work.

• Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, mapping documents, test evidence, and deployment notes.

• Adhere to development, version control, deployment, and change-management practices across various environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting integrations with Dell Boomi.

• Proficient knowledge of Boomi integration components, such as processes, connectors, mappings, profiles, cross-reference tables, process properties, routes, and exception handling.

• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, CSV, SFTP, and HTTP protocols.

• Capability to create data mappings and transformations across various systems and file formats.

• Proficient in troubleshooting integration failures by analyzing process reports, logs, and error messages.

• Understanding of integration testing, deployment procedures, and production support practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen focus on data accuracy and process behavior.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capable of independently managing part-time hourly work, priorities, and delivery commitments.
