This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
• Conduct investigations and verify the facts surrounding advanced automobile accidents.
• Assess coverage, liability, damages, and adjust and negotiate claims within established authority limits.
• Oversee complex bodily injury claims, which range from soft tissue injuries to moderate-severity cases.
• Manage claims related to coverage, liability, and damages.
• Review, assess, and negotiate claims for basic to moderate injuries.
• Recognize vehicle body components and potential property damage.
• Identify client needs and deliver suitable customer service.
• Evaluate potential for subrogation or fraud and handle accordingly.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of insurance policies and organizational dynamics.
• Operate with discretion and autonomy within greater authority.
• Execute responsibilities without direct supervisory oversight.
• Proven experience in managing bodily injury claims.
• Skilled in interpreting policy language.
• Capacity to identify coverage-related issues.
• Advanced comprehension of insurance policies.
• Proficient in investigating coverage, liability, and damages in complex auto claims.
• Competence in reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating basic to moderate injury claims.
• Familiarity with vehicle body parts and potential property damage.
• Ability to assess subrogation or fraud potential.
• Capability to work independently and with discretion within a higher authority framework.
• Applicants must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.
• If currently holding an active insurance license, all existing appointments must be terminated before onboarding, and outside appointments cannot be held during employment.
• Resident producer license holders must relinquish that license when directed by the licensing team.
• A dedicated and distraction-free workspace is required when working from home.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds is necessary.
• An active adjuster's license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Litigation experience is not a prerequisite.
• Complete technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
• Monthly reimbursement for connectivity for employees eligible to work from home.
