Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.

• Create positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals.

• Oversee and mentor ABA technicians.

• Implement, model, and track the progress of personalized behavior support and skill plans alongside ABA technicians.

• Offer compassionate support during family discussions to ensure that parents comprehend assessment outcomes and treatment suggestions.

• Emphasize communication, independence, and self-advocacy through customized programming.

• Employ a neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical care methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

• Qualified to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with diverse age groups.

• Capable of expressive and receptive communication for all job-related responsibilities.
