Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Create personalized programs that emphasize communication, independence, and self-advocacy.

• Perform intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skill assessments.

• Develop positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals.

• Oversee and train ABA technicians.

• Implement, demonstrate, and track the progress of tailored behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.

• Offer compassionate support during family discussions to ensure parents thoroughly understand assessment findings and treatment suggestions.

• Collaborate with the Behavior Treatment Committee.

• Employ a neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical care approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a diverse age range.

• Capable of expressive and receptive communication for all job responsibilities.
