BMS Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their needs and design tailored BMS solutions

• Enhance building performance and energy efficiency through innovative BMS solutions

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within defined parameters

• Gather input from key internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership of subcontract designs such as panels

• Execute and finalize project designs utilizing BMS and control systems, HVAC control, integration, and applications

• Partner with the Project Manager on engineering and design submissions, which include equipment schedules and schematics, I/O data point lists, device/wiring layout drawings, and installation/commissioning

• Create and present FAT and SAT documentation for customer approval

• Assemble training handover documentation for each project

• Travel to customer and project locations throughout North East and nearby areas, and occasionally beyond as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a project engineering role focused on delivering technology-driven projects, preferably in Building Management Systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capacity to collaborate effectively and offer technical guidance in a team setting

• Firm dedication to safety and upholding a secure working environment

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products

• Openness to travel to customer and project sites
