This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +1 more country.
• Drive and enhance business across Biopharma accounts in the Nordics, encompassing large Pharma, Biotechs, and Contract Research.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Generate new revenue by engaging with both new and existing key opinion leaders.
• Conduct in-person customer visits 3-4 days per week.
• Interact with current and prospective customers via in-person meetings, digital platforms, phone, email, and social media.
• Support vital customer relationships and broaden revenue impact through both digital and face-to-face engagement.
• Develop and implement strategic regional activities tailored to biopharma research sectors within targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with product specialist teams on account-specific strategies, joint visits, and workshop days.
• Enhance product awareness, market presence, and strategic partnerships within key accounts.
• Utilize commercial data to drive revenue-generating initiatives and identify key priorities.
• Ensure account growth by aligning customer objectives with the Bio-Techne portfolio.
• Foster relationships with Procurement Teams, Senior Directors, and other influential contacts.
• Increase the volume of large transactions in the Biopharma sector.
• Formulate strategies to boost routine purchasing through e-commerce and framework channels.
• Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
• Lead broader key account strategies that influence the NAR region.
• Select and engage in relevant events while networking with key opinion leaders.
• Establish biotech network relationships with senior stakeholders to promote Bio-Techne brand adoption.
• Advocate for EPIC values and uphold company culture, ethics, and employee engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in a biological science-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Life Science Sales.
• Proficiency in English, with Danish and/or Swedish being a plus.
• Strong grasp of the life science market in the Nordics and its growth prospects.
• Experience utilizing digital platforms for customer engagement.
• Ability to analyze customer data and financial metrics to identify optimal targets.
• Proven experience working independently in a results-driven environment.
• Capability to track return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• History of developing and successfully implementing strategies in a competitive landscape.
• Excellent IT competencies, including proficiency in databases, Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and Copilot.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, remain composed under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Skill in building robust cross-functional relationships.
• Flexible approach to work, including occasional coverage outside standard office hours.
• Comfortable working towards financial targets and accountable for related KPIs.
