This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop, implement, and sustain global standards for Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD modeling, including master templates and shared parameter files throughout the Design Studio.
• Create and manage the master BIM Family Library, which encompasses programmatic equipment blocks, architectural details, and fixtures.
• Act as the primary Administrator for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Hub for studio ACC and Revit users.
• Oversee permissions, licensing, and cloud-based worksharing environments.
• Research, create, and implement automation tools utilizing Dynamo, Python, or Revit API.
• Optimize routine modeling checks, parametric verification, and QA/QC processes.
• Guide and supervise regional BIM Coordinators in EMEA and APAC.
• Address localized model issues, coordinate technical training, and ensure global consistency.
• Perform regular audits of model health on current local models and submissions from external Architects of Record.
• Guarantee smooth file handoffs.
• Collaborate with Standards Governance and Documentation leaders to synchronize Revit model metadata and database schemas.
• Provide quarterly updates for the master template and family catalog for web-based CMS publication.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM Administration, Model Coordination, and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, deploying, and enforcing master templates and shared parameter files for multi-site corporate initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360 ecosystems.
• Proficient in parametric families, nested families, type catalogs, and management of central parameter databases.
• Experience in authoring BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), modeling guidelines, and technical standards.
• Skilled in managing external A/E consultants, vendor model handoffs, and multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical/technical experience.
• Preferred: experience in scripting with Dynamo, Python, or the Revit API.
• Preferred: experience in organizing data-rich BIM catalogs for web-based Content Management Systems.
• Preferred: familiarity with large-scale retail, hospitality, industrial rollout programs, or technical infrastructure projects.
• Preferred certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP): Revit Architecture; Autodesk Certified Lead or BIM Manager credentials; buildingSMART Professional Certification; CanBIM Professional / Specialist Certification.
