This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop, implement, and uphold global standards for Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD modeling, including master templates and shared parameter files.
• Construct and manage the master BIM Family Library, featuring programmatic equipment blocks, architectural details, and fixtures.
• Oversee the studio Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Hub for ACC and Revit users, managing permissions, licensing, and cloud worksharing environments.
• Explore, create, and implement Dynamo, Python, or Revit API automation tools for modeling checks, parametric verification, and QA/QC workflows.
• Guide and supervise regional BIM Coordinators throughout EMEA and APAC.
• Facilitate localized model troubleshooting and provide technical training.
• Perform model health audits on active local models and submissions from external Architects of Record.
• Ensure alignment of Revit model metadata and database schemas with Standards Governance and Documentation leads.
• Provide quarterly updates for the master template and family catalog for web-based CMS publishing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM Administration, Model Coordination, and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, deploying, and enforcing master Revit templates and shared parameter files for multi-site corporate initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360 ecosystems.
• Strong proficiency in parametric families, nested families, type catalogs, and central parameter database management.
• Experience in drafting BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), modeling guides, and technical standards.
• Proven track record of managing external A/E consultants, vendor model transitions, and multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical/technical experience.
• Preferred: familiarity with Dynamo, Python, or Revit API scripting.
• Preferred: experience in organizing data-rich BIM catalogs for web-based Content Management Systems.
• Preferred: exposure to large-scale retail, hospitality, industrial rollout programs, or technical infrastructure projects.
• Preferred certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP): Revit Architecture; Autodesk Certified Lead or BIM Manager credentials; buildingSMART Professional Certification; CanBIM Professional / Specialist Certification.
