This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of BIM strategies throughout project teams and studios.
• Offer technical leadership and assistance in BIM execution planning.
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, workflows, model quality, and project dependability.
• Mentor and support Project BIM Leads.
• Conduct model audits and collaborate with consultants.
• Maintain interoperability among project models.
• Create and manage digital assets, detail libraries, and customized content.
• Promote advancements in BIM and design technologies, including automation, optimization, simulation, and emerging AI workflows.
• Enhance metadata quality and strategic information management.
• Oversee software deployments, licensing, and cloud collaboration platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Monitor and report on technology initiatives, software usage, and ROI metrics.
• Design and deliver BIM training programs while keeping training materials and datasets up to date.
• Lead or participate in R&D, technology pilots, evaluations of emerging tools, and the implementation of new processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams across studios to identify BIM and technology opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in the AEC industry with a solid understanding of all project phases.
• At least 5 years of experience managing BIM workflows throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Strong design and technical expertise.
• Proven experience in delivering effective training programs.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and BIM-related software.
• Knowledge of the Revit API is preferred.
• A thorough understanding of Navisworks, CAD platforms, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with Rhino, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience with Content Catalog (UNIFI), Guardian, Ideate Software, Clarity, and Dynamo.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Remote work is limited to candidates residing in California, Arizona, Idaho, or Texas.
