This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of BIM strategies within project teams and studios.
• Assist project teams with BIM execution planning, provide technical leadership, and ensure continuous model quality control.
• Mentor and support Project BIM Leads.
• Maintain uniform BIM standards, workflows, and project dependability across the studio/office.
• Conduct regular audits of models.
• Collaborate closely with consultants.
• Ensure interoperability among project models.
• Develop, curate, and oversee digital assets, detail libraries, and custom content.
• Advocate for design and BIM technologies across the firm.
• Enhance data-rich models for automation, optimization, simulation, and emerging AI workflows.
• Improve metadata quality and promote best practices.
• Ensure strategic information management throughout projects.
• Oversee software deployments, licensing, and cloud collaboration platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Monitor and report on technology initiatives, software usage, and ROI metrics.
• Design and deliver training programs ranging from fundamentals to advanced workflows.
• Revise training materials and datasets as needed.
• Lead or contribute to research and development, technology pilots, evaluations of emerging tools, and new process implementations.
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams across studios to identify and support opportunities for BIM and technology engagement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in the AEC industry with a strong understanding of all project phases.
• At least 5 years of experience managing BIM workflows throughout full project lifecycles.
• Strong design and technical expertise.
• Proven experience in delivering effective training programs.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and BIM-related software.
• Knowledge of the Revit API is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Navisworks, CAD platforms, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with Rhino, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience with Content Catalog (UNIFI), Guardian, Ideate Software, Clarity, and Dynamo.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Remote candidates must reside in California, Arizona, Idaho, or Texas, where the company is authorized to employ workers and can facilitate payroll and tax compliance.
