This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of BIM strategies across various project teams and studios.
• Assist project teams by providing BIM execution planning, technical guidance, and ongoing quality control of models.
• Mentor and support Project BIM Leads.
• Establish and uphold uniform BIM standards, workflows, and project dependability.
• Conduct regular audits of models.
• Collaborate with consultants to ensure interoperability across project models.
• Create, curate, and manage digital assets, detail libraries, and custom content.
• Advocate for design and BIM technologies throughout the firm.
• Enhance data-rich models for automation, optimization, simulation, and evolving AI workflows.
• Improve the quality of metadata and strategic information management.
• Oversee software deployments, licensing, and cloud collaboration platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Monitor and report on technology initiatives, software usage, and ROI metrics.
• Design and implement training programs ranging from fundamental to advanced workflows.
• Lead or participate in R&D, technology pilots, evaluations of emerging tools, and the implementation of new processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams across studios to identify and facilitate BIM and technology opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in the AEC industry with a solid understanding of all project phases.
• At least 5 years of experience managing BIM workflows throughout full project lifecycles.
• Strong background in design and technical aspects.
• Proven experience in delivering effective training programs.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and other BIM-related software.
• Familiarity with the Revit API is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Navisworks, CAD platforms, and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of Rhino, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Experience with Content Catalog (UNIFI), Guardian, Ideate Software, Clarity, and Dynamo.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Remote work is limited to candidates located in California, Arizona, Idaho, or Texas, where the company is registered and can support payroll and tax compliance.
• Occasional travel may be necessary based on business and project requirements.
