BIM Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute all tiers of BIM production and coordination tasks.

• Model and coordinate various trades while developing BIM content.

• Generate Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe, and/or Electrical BIMs.

• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and exhibit a robust understanding of construction principles.

• Support space allocation for trades in the interstitial areas.

• Collaborate with various disciplines and offer subject matter expertise to delivery teams as necessary.

• Assist in the creation of Revit families as required.

• Support the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities.

• Complete weekly time accounting through digital timesheets.

• Maintain typical allocation targets of 85%–95% billable hours and 5%–15% overhead hours.

• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Docs, and design capabilities.

• Effectively leverage Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook.

• Strong expertise in Bluebeam solutions.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
