Billing/Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Validate and process new vehicle invoices and inventory records.

• Validate and process used vehicle purchases and AAX transactions.

• Input details for incoming new and used vehicle units.

• Record new and used vehicles in the accounting system.

• Document dealer trades, used inventory, and retail information submitted through BPMS.

• Analyze exceptions in BPMS related to new/used inventory and wholesale transactions.

• Review and modify lien payoff, customer equity, and all payable schedules.

• Prepare invoices for digitization.

• Ensure completion of all tasks by essential deadlines, including critical nights, payroll cut-offs, and month-end closing.

• Address and respond to accounting inventory inquiries.

• Execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Strong comprehension of accounting principles and logic.

• Flexible availability to meet month-end deadlines.

• Capability to deliver high-quality and high-volume work under time constraints.

• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and prioritization skills.

• Collaborative team player with excellent customer service abilities.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word, as well as CDK.

• Proficient in 10-key data entry and typing skills.

• Must have served as a coordinator for a minimum of six months or possess relevant experience.

• Experience in automotive accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
