Billing Systems Specialist – CyberFinancial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, assess, and execute intricate configurations within CyberFinancial and the predictive dialer.

• Set up decisioning networks, segmentation, settlement queues, negative credit reporting across various credit bureaus, and marketplaces.

• Establish negotiation policies, which include payment arrangements, interest rates, and discounts.

• Conduct daily reconciliation and oversight of CyberFinancial operations.

• Guarantee the appropriate distribution of contracts among associated collection agencies, portfolios, and credit bureaus.

• Troubleshoot workflow challenges and integrations with external systems.

• Provide Level 2 technical support and assist Level 1 support with ticket management workflows.

• Manage projects aimed at implementing functionalities and addressing structural challenges.

• Ensure acceptance testing of enhancements and prepare GMUD change-control documentation.

• Collaborate with vendors to diagnose system failures and outline development scopes.

• Extract, monitor, and analyze management and performance reports.

• Recognize bottlenecks and foresee operational risks.

• Generate control reports, management analyses, and strategic presentations.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain updated task management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in administering and configuring the CyberFinancial system (Equifax/Peopleware).

• Extensive knowledge of portfolio segmentation, negotiation rule creation, and credit recovery strategies.

• Expertise in APIs, file layouts, and system integrations.

• Advanced analytical abilities using SQL and spreadsheet tools.

• In-depth understanding of networks, internet connectivity, and cloud environments.

• Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with advanced system issue diagnosis techniques and troubleshooting of platform failures.

• Proven hands-on experience in technical project planning.

• Skills in requirements engineering and advanced mapping of business and system workflows.

• Experience overseeing business rule and system configuration documentation.

• Proficiency in programming languages is an advantage.
