AR Billing Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the billing collections team.

• Provide training and guidance to billing collections personnel.

• Assess and verify billing processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Track accounts receivable aging and identify overdue accounts.

• Liaise with insurers, patients, and internal teams regarding billing queries.

• Guarantee precise and prompt submission of claims and the resolution of denials.

• Evaluate billing data and generate reports to assist in management decisions.

• Develop strategies to improve revenue cycle performance.

• Foster strong relationships with patients and various payers.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 3 years of experience in medical billing and collections.

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare billing regulations, claims processing, and collections.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
