Billing Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt and effective responses to support inquiries related to billing, pre-sales requests, usage optimization, and disputes.

• Diagnose and resolve user-specific issues such as failed payments, outstanding invoices, and payment extensions.

• Manage support cases by guiding users to existing solutions, code examples, and relevant documentation.

• Escalate support cases to the appropriate technical or business team members as necessary.

• Spot opportunities for internal tools that can enhance support efficiency.

• Reproduce issues, develop test cases, and enhance test coverage when experienced in testing.

• Handle customer billing inquiries throughout the EMEA region.

• Collaborate directly with customers and work cross-functionally with the Billing Engineering team.

• Recognize trends, refine workflows, and assist in scalable product improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in providing billing support to technical customers.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• Ability to convey information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in async or globally distributed teams.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working swiftly.

• SQL skills are a plus.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
