Billing Representative – Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate patient accounts and submit accurate medical claims to expedite reimbursements and reduce billing inaccuracies.

• Investigate and address denied or unpaid claims by directly communicating with insurance payers to ensure appropriate payment for services rendered.

• Record and reconcile patient payments to uphold precise, current account ledgers and guarantee financial integrity.

• Address patient billing questions and work in tandem with internal departments to eliminate payment obstacles and provide a clear patient experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent OR 1 year of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• Professional licensure/certification may substitute for education or experience, if applicable.

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• At least two years of experience in medical billing and claims resolution is required.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.

• Must be available for full-time work.
