This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Generate, review, and distribute precise client invoices.

• Oversee payment collections and follow up on any outstanding balances.

• Receive, track, sort, and allocate incoming payments to the correct client accounts.

• Maintain precise client account records and supporting billing documents.

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied payments, and billing inquiries.

• Engage professionally with clients regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.

• Provide updates on collections activities and account statuses as necessary.

• Acquire knowledge and utilize the firm’s billing, case management, communication, and operational platforms.

• Manage confidential client and financial information with care.

• Ensure invoices are accurate and dispatched in a timely manner.

• Consistently monitor payments and outstanding balances.

• Keep client account records organized and current.

• Address billing inquiries and discrepancies swiftly and professionally.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, payment processing, or a similar role.

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing financial records.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up capabilities.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable with learning new software and navigating various systems.

• Professional communication skills and a client-service orientation.

• Prior billing or administrative experience in a law firm or professional-services setting.

• Familiarity with Clio Manage, Lawmatics, or other legal billing/case-management platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Previous experience supporting a remote team based in the U.S.
