Billing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and oversee the organization’s billing procedures in accordance with the terms set forth in commercial contracts with clients, extending from pre-billing to the generation of electronic service invoices (NFS-e).

• Generate gross revenue management reports for the Executive Board.

• Conduct tax reconciliations.

• Supervise and manage inventory located in the warehouse and DDR.

• Oversee the utilization of commercial space.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in billing, preferably within the services industry.

• Intermediate skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with Protheus or SAP ERP systems.

• Excellent communication abilities.
