This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver TruBridge claims processing services to Critical Access Hospitals (UB-04) and Rural Health Clinics (CMS-1500) in New Hampshire.
• Oversee daily business office functions, encompassing patient billing, collections, relations with third-party payers, and preparation of insurance claims.
• Manage business office operations and staff, including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry tasks.
• Suggest new procedures and modifications to existing processes.
• Establish controls for proper claim submissions, billing, credit, and collections practices.
• Develop protocols for follow-ups on third-party approvals, billing, and collections of overdue accounts.
• Guarantee precise and timely billing in line with established protocols and third-party requirements.
• Achieve production and quality assurance benchmarks.
• Maintain high-quality customer service in accordance with company and client-specific policies.
• Safeguard confidential customer data.
• Handle paperwork and perform administrative tasks.
• Contribute to team projects.
• Support the manager in employee management activities such as coaching, training, disciplinary measures, and follow-ups on action plans.
• Ensure compliance of employees with dress code, attendance, and other organizational policies.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle billing experience, which may include Acute Hospital and/or Physician (Profee) claims.
• Proficient in managing Claims and Denial Queues.
• Required familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Must possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is necessary.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills, along with a focus on detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
