Biller – Claims & Denials, Full-Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver TruBridge claims processing services to Critical Access Hospitals (UB-04) and Rural Health Clinics (CMS-1500) in New Hampshire.

• Oversee daily business office operations, encompassing patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry.

• Suggest new processes and modifications to existing procedures.

• Establish controls for proper submission, billing, credit, and collections practices.

• Follow up on third-party approvals, billing issues, and overdue account collections.

• Ensure accurate and timely billing in line with established protocols and third-party requirements.

• Achieve production and quality assurance benchmarks.

• Maintain high-quality customer service in accordance with company and client-specific policies.

• Safeguard confidential customer information.

• Handle miscellaneous paperwork and administrative tasks.

• Support team projects.

• Assist the manager with employee coaching, training, disciplinary measures, and follow-up on action plans.

• Ensure employees adhere to dress code, attendance, and other company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, which may include Acute Hospital and/or Physician (Profee) claims.

• Proficient in managing Claims and Denial Queues.

• Knowledgeable about Commercial and Medicaid claims.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to follow through on issues until resolved.

• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.

• Exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills with a strong emphasis on detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
