This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver TruBridge claims processing services to Critical Access Hospitals (UB-04) and Rural Health Clinics (CMS-1500) located in New Hampshire.
• Oversee daily operations of the business office, encompassing patient billing, collections, third-party payer relations, and preparation of insurance claims.
• Manage business office activities and staff, including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry.
• Suggest and execute new or enhanced processes.
• Establish controls for accurate claim submissions, billing, credit, and collections.
• Follow up on approvals from third-party payers, billing issues, and collection of overdue accounts.
• Ensure billing is precise and timely, adhering to procedures and requirements from third parties.
• Meet established production and quality assurance benchmarks.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while protecting confidential client information.
• Complete paperwork and undertake various administrative tasks.
• Support team projects.
• Aid the manager in coaching, training employees, addressing disciplinary matters, and following up on action plans.
• Ensure staff adherence to dress code, attendance, and company policies.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, which may include Acute Hospital and/or Physician (Profee) claims.
• Experience with Claims and Denial Queues.
• Required familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Must possess attention to detail and the capability to resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is essential.
• Exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills with a keen focus on detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
