Bilingual Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, oversee, and execute cutting-edge vocational rehabilitation strategies.

• Enhance the overall profitability of Group Disability.

• Collaborate with Policyholders to create innovative return-to-work solutions.

• Manage budget allocations effectively.

• Ensure clear and effective communication with policyholders and healthcare professionals.

• Oversee vendor management to guarantee the provision of effective treatments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant University degree; preference for Health Sciences with a concentration in Psychology, Counseling, or Nursing.

• Professional credentials such as ARP and/or CCRC are advantageous.

• Minimum of 5 years in vocational rehabilitation or several years of active rehabilitation experience.

• In-depth understanding of Rehabilitation Industry Standards, Disability Insurance, and medical terminology.

• Fully bilingual in French and English.

• Experience in budget management within a professional environment.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Comfortable delivering presentations.

• Passion for assisting others in returning to the workforce.

• Prior military experience is considered a significant asset.
