Bilingual Travel Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, professional service through phone, email, and chat.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to travel and lifestyle loyalty programs, offering guidance on travel benefits.

• Arrange and oversee personalized travel for flights, accommodations, and car rentals utilizing GDS systems.

• Aid members with cancellations, re-bookings, unexpected travel issues, and intricate travel plans.

• Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience with each interaction.

• Represent esteemed brands while supporting global client initiatives and high-value customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Ontario, Canada.

• A valid TICO certificate is mandatory.

• Relevant Travel Industry Certification in line with local regulations is required.

• Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) is highly regarded.

• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or loyalty programs is greatly valued.

• At least 2 years of experience in travel, airline, or hospitality sectors.

• Minimum of 2 years in interactive customer service roles.

• Preferably have at least 1 year of call center or high-volume service experience.

• Personal international travel experience is a plus.

• Must be fluent in English and French or Cantonese, both verbally and in writing.

• Availability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A private work-from-home setup with reliable wired internet is essential.

• Must be able to pass required background checks.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
