Bilingual Dispatcher / Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via calls, texts, and emails.

• Schedule service appointments and provide estimates.

• Create and modify daily schedules for technicians and field crews utilizing field service software.

• Dispatch tasks, monitor arrival times, and inform customers about any delays or changes.

• Collaborate with Spanish-speaking teams and English-speaking customers, accurately translating necessary information.

• Verify next-day appointments and follow up on pending estimates.

• Maintain comprehensive job records, including notes, photos, parts utilized, and invoices prepared for billing.

• Escalate urgent issues, complaints, and scheduling conflicts to the owner or operations lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, call center operations, or logistics coordination.

• Proficient spoken English (minimum B2 level).

• Native or fluent in Spanish.

• Experience in managing customer calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating schedules.

• Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to handle dissatisfied customers professionally and communicate delays or scheduling modifications effectively.

• Strong written English skills for emails, text messages, and service notes.

• Proficient computer skills, accurate typing, and familiarity with digital scheduling tools.

• Must be able to work remotely from Mexico with a computer, noise-canceling headset, private workspace, and internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.

• Must operate as an independent contractor and provide valid CFDI invoices in Mexico.

• Experience in U.S. home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or field service sectors.

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, Workiz, or similar software.

• Experience in coordinating technicians, field crews, or service appointments.

• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical terminology.

• Experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, or billing documentation.
