Bilingual, French Automotive Maintenance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond promptly to orders received via phone and email in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Examine proposals to ensure that the appropriate services are conducted in accordance with the manufacturer’s scheduled intervals and pricing for recommended services.

• Negotiate pricing, evaluate and apply suitable warranty options while generating and issuing purchase orders following operational protocols.

• Reach out to clients to offer suggestions, clarify proposed repair procedures, and obtain their approval.

• Provide insights to internal business partners concerning repair suggestions and associated costs.

• Identify and recommend suitable service locations for clients.

• Offer automotive technical support and guidance to Fleet Management teams, clients, and vendors.

• Assess repair orders based on manufacturer specifications and negotiate appropriate service intervals, fluids, and pricing prior to granting approval.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must currently reside in Toronto, Canada.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French is essential.

• A minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience is required.

• At least six (6) months of experience in automotive maintenance or repair is necessary; experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership is preferred.

• Holding a 310S Class Certificate in Ontario is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is needed.

• Must be capable of fulfilling all technical requirements for remote work.

• Authorization to work in Canada is mandatory, and work authorization sponsorship by our company for this role is not required now or in the future.

• Reliable and consistent high-speed internet access must be provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite).

• A high-speed internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and a download speed of 25Mb is required.

• Connection latency must be below 100ms.
