Bilingual Therapist – Older Adults, Spanish-Speaking, LCSW / LMFT / LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who speak Spanish, conducted virtually.

• Facilitate therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, considering the patients' language and cultural backgrounds.

• Create tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.

• Operate independently while collaborating within a care team.

• Oversee documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Determine availability and develop a caseload focused on Spanish-speaking older adults.

• Assist patients dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and transitions in later life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, independent clinical license in California: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Capable of conducting complete therapy sessions in Spanish.

• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous.

• Begin with 25 hours per week and expand from there.

• Commitment to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Must hold a California license and be independently licensed.

• Required to provide license type and number during the application process.
