Bilingual Therapist – Older Adults, Spanish-Speaking, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through a virtual platform.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while collaborating with a care team.

• Handle documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Determine availability and develop a caseload via Sailor Health's patient matching and referral system.

• Deliver therapy that addresses issues such as grief, loss, isolation, and transitions in later life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must be licensed in Texas.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability to conduct a minimum of 15 sessions weekly.

• Engagement structure can be 1099 or W2 based on weekly hours worked.
