Bilingual Therapist – Older Adults, Haitian Creole-Speaking, LCSW / LMFT / LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

• Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative care team

• Handle documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools

• Engage in regular paid case consultations

• Determine availability and see assigned patients

• Assist patients facing grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions

• Offer Medicare-covered therapy through Sailor Health's virtual practice

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent

• Licensed to practice in Florida

• Proficient in both English and Haitian Creole

• Capable of conducting full therapy sessions in Haitian Creole

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous

• Commitment to building a minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health

• Options for 1099 or W2 engagement with minimum schedules of 15 or 25 hours per week, respectively
