Bilingual Telehealth Physician, MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial telehealth consultations with enrolled members.

• Evaluate medical requirements, care gaps, and obstacles to accessing healthcare.

• Develop a clear clinical plan and establish care priorities.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

• Offer clinical insights to refine program workflows during the pilot phase.

• Foster a patient-centered approach that addresses both social and medical needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO with a valid, unrestricted Pennsylvania license.

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty is preferred.

• Comfortable working with Medicare, Medicaid, or complex patient populations.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust in a virtual environment.

• Interest in care coordination, health navigation, or integrated care models.

• Ability to thrive in a startup-like, dynamic program setting.

• Previous telehealth experience is preferred.
