Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify candidates to meet staffing needs.

• Perform active candidate searches via job boards, databases, social networks, and other sourcing avenues.

• Input and maintain precise candidate data within the client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Provide pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates in alignment with client specifications and service level expectations.

• Compile recruitment reports, process analyses, and sourcing metrics.

• Meet daily productivity and performance targets set by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting across various industries.

• Advanced English proficiency (Required).

• Background in sourcing, recruiting, candidate screening, and talent assessment.

• Strong understanding of recruitment channels, job boards, and sourcing strategies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to conduct effective phone screenings and candidate evaluations.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks concurrently.
