Bilingual Spanish Research Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to English- and Spanish-speaking consumers throughout the United States

• Adhere to provided scripts to collect feedback from participants who have used clients' products and services

• Efficiently transcribe spoken responses

• Provide clients with comprehensive, valuable, and high-quality data

• Participate in online training and receive on-the-job training

• Commit to working 15–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday shifts

• Available for evening shifts from 4:00pm to 9:00pm CST

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory

• Exceptional reading, writing, and communication abilities

• Strong typing skills with the capacity to swiftly transcribe verbal feedback

• Courteous and approachable, with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability

• Capability to persuade and provide verbal instructions effectively

• Proficient in using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps

• Ability to quickly and independently address technical issues and troubleshoot

• Flexibility to adapt to new policies and procedures

• Enjoyment in working autonomously, self-driven, and proficient in repetitive tasks
