Bilingual Spanish Research Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to English- and Spanish-speaking consumers across the United States.

• Utilize provided scripts to collect feedback from individuals who have used the clients’ products and services.

• Efficiently transcribe spoken responses.

• Provide clients with comprehensive, high-quality data.

• Complete mandatory online training sessions and on-the-job training.

• Operate independently from home during scheduled evening shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency and literacy in both English and Spanish are essential.

• Exceptional reading, writing, and communication abilities.

• Strong typing skills with the capacity to quickly transcribe verbal feedback.

• Must be polite, friendly, punctual, and dependable.

• Ability to influence others and provide verbal guidance.

• Proficient in computer use, email, and Google Chrome/Apps.

• Capable of swiftly and independently resolving technical issues and troubleshooting.

• Quick to adapt to new policies and procedures.

• Enjoy working autonomously, self-motivated, and adept at repetitive tasks.

• A resume and a completed application form are required for consideration.

• Available for evening shifts, working 15–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday; occasional Saturday shifts may be available.
