Bilingual Spanish Research Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with English- and Spanish-speaking consumers throughout the United States.

• Utilize provided scripts to collect feedback from respondents regarding clients’ products and services.

• Gather comprehensive opinions and supply clients with valuable, high-quality data.

• Complete online employment forms and participate in training sessions.

• Work evening shifts from Monday to Friday, with occasional shifts on Saturday.

• Commit to 15–25 hours per week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency and literacy in both English and Spanish are mandatory.

• Exceptional reading, writing, and communication abilities are essential.

• Strong typing skills and the capability to quickly transcribe verbal feedback.

• Must be courteous, friendly, punctual, and dependable.

• Ability to persuade others and provide verbal guidance is necessary.

• Proficiency in using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps is required.

• Capability to swiftly and independently handle technical issues and troubleshooting.

• Quick adaptability to new policies and procedures is essential.

• Self-driven and able to work autonomously.

• Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks effectively.
