Bilingual SDR, Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage customer service and telephone interactions exclusively with North American clients via the integrated CRM system.

• Perform ongoing follow-ups and ensure the CRM pipeline remains current.

• Prepare, review, and dispatch invoices and contracts, confirming amounts, payment terms, and other essential details.

• Organize and refresh operational tracking spreadsheets and estimates using Microsoft Excel.

• Oversee appointments and service bookings through Google Calendar.

• Conduct market research and reach out to material supply stores and vendors to inquire about pricing and availability.

• Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines while upholding excellence in both verbal and written communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Complete fluency in English, encompassing reading, writing, and fluent telephone communication with North American clients.

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in sales development (SDR), Inside Sales, or commercial customer service.

• Practical experience in utilizing and maintaining CRM systems with integrated calling functionalities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Calendar.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and processing contracts and invoices.

• Willingness to work in the New York time zone (EST).

• Possess appropriate equipment for remote work, including a high-performance computer, quality headset, and reliable internet connection.

• A degree or higher education in Business Administration, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is advantageous.

• Practical experience with Joist is a plus.

• Background in construction, remodeling, or home services companies catering to international markets is a plus.
